I have seen this bug happen/attack other people. Somehow there is some random creature not targetable or seeable. You can see that you receive a 1damage hit or 2damage crit from this random thing.

Well ... Alternative (Old Co-Owner) caused the Bug by Summoning Vehicles at the Gates of Ogrimmar...
