Almost everytime when server is down, i got this problem and i dont know why.

What the hell is going on, i just re-make my account with same name,password,email etc. and i saw this.

On that Screenshot, the Security Question and Security Answer is DIFFERENT with my OLD account. and it's not like when i put it when i'm re-create that account.
