Heres the chronology

When the server is down for a long time i was sleeping and than when i try logging to website says my account doesn't exist ( i try log to WoW and it's same ) so i make "New Account" with a same account name and password.

But, something happens.

I found a "2 weird characters" that i never made them, but i just deleted it.

Untill now, i can't make my previous character.

tl;dr My character/Account got "Switched" with another ppl's account
